The picture that secured $12,000

I am far (very far) from being a marketing genius. After all, Marketing is a science, and there are many people who have done the hard work of studying and understanding it. But one thing I will tell you is that daring paired with creativity creates possibilities you did not even know existed.

This year, I have launched one of my most expensive services yet, the 90 Days Focus Program. A program reserved for the graduates of my 12 month mentorship program. It was an act of faith and courage, which didn't come without doubt. Thankfully, I had people believing in me and encouraging me to go in that direction, even when I myself doubted the process. Here we are now in 2026 and I am getting ready to host my second group for this specific service. I had planned a call where I answered questions and had the graduates from the first cohort come and pitch to these potential new "students". 

After that call, you could sense that many of these people were impressed. Especially by one of the graduates who had started the mentorship program as a shy girl who could barely talk to share her ideas and thoughts. I created a system that keeps on giving by allowing graduates to pitch to potential newbies and earn commissions for each person they convince. 

Seeing her show up with confidence was enough for many of them to be amazed and trusting that the program would not only be effective but also so transformative from the inside out. 

However, there were still some hesitations. They were not expressed verbally but I could tell because even though they were impressed, they did not take immediate action. This is the moment where our human nature takes over and starts wondering: "Is this it?" "Have I tried all my cards and still failed?" "Was my vision not as clear as I thought it was?"

But I refused to listen to these thoughts. Instead, I decided to be still. Letting time do what it needed to do in the hearts of those I knew would benefit from this program. 

The next day, as I was in the middle of my mommy duties, I placed my son in his Parc so I could do something else. For some reason I can't explain (we know it was the Holy Spirit btw ;) ), I felt a strong urge to leave the Parc door open just to see what would happen. I had this feeling that my son would keep crying, begging for me to come get him, without even realizing the door was wide open. So I listened to that pull.

Surely enough what I felt would happen, did. And there it was... these moments that happen and you just know are opportunities to be seized immediately. I snapped a picture and started typing: 

This is my son. He was complaining about being trapped in his playpen. Without much effort, from your point of view, you can clearly see the little gate wide open for him to come out. 

You might be laughing at this (inserted person's name). But this is exactly what you are doing when you repeat cycles without accepting the help to get out and break free. 

One month from now, you could be embarking on one of the most transformative seasons of your life. The summer cohort is starting on May 18 and in case you have any doubts about whether or not this was the right thing to do, I am here to tell you why it is one of the best things you could do for yourself.

There is a reason success rates are higher for students in college during summer sessions. There is something about summer that conditions your whole being to receive better. The sun, the activities... and believe me when I say this summer cohort will be one for the books.

Listen... I know that you know that there is a way to make it happen. Planning, credit payments, you name it. With planning and a system, we can make it happen when it matters to us.

I took a deep breath ans pressed "send" to each one of them, making sure to put their first name so the message could be personal and not generic.

This message locked me a total revenue of $12,000. Of which, one of my graduates will make about $900 commission  because I still asked who had convinced them with their pitches. And in case you are wondering, I will also set aside an amount for my son for using his image for this. (Talk about a win win win situation haha)

A few key takeaways:

1)Your fruit speaks for you. When your results are loud, you don't need to force much. My graduate Cinthia's transformation during these 3 months was so spectacular that her mentorship cohort fellows could not ignore it.

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16

2)Leave room in your life for the Holy spirt to speak to you! He is the wisest business adviser. One second of God's spoken word to you can open doors that you did not even know existed.

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. Romans 8:26

3)Believe in the vision God gave you. If He gave it to you, He is also more than able to make ways. Most importantly, steward wisely. I am no marketing expert but God gave me an imagination and creativty that I am not afraid to submit to Him. I boldly steward what He gave me to manage.

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

4) You don't need to be an expert to dare. Take risks. You never know what will stick!

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and sound judgment. 2 Timothy 1:7
