Many people send me messages saying "I want to eat more salads but I don't know how to make good dressings". While preparing delicious dressings is simple, I understand that some people simply do not know where or how to start. If you are the type to mix savoury and sweet, this salad nut salad dressing is definitely for you. Plus, you can prepare it on less than 3 minutes and I am not even joking.
5 simple ingredients
2 or 3 TBS of raw almond butter
2 TBS of Dijon mustard
2 Cups of drinkable water
Cut pieces of onions and put them in the sauce
1 TeaSpoon of Merline's Hot sauce
Mix together and Voila! Yes...that is really all there is to this sauce. Simple, yet very creamy and satisfying.

Raw sweet plantain
Avocado
